"Where could they be?" The lights were on at Declan's, but Sage pulled Gage back. As if it was not nice to look in someone's livingroom. "But they gotta be here." He was thinking they should go around back.
"No, we are not doing that." She protested.
"But this could be important, you know. I think River knows something about Noah. And..and you know Spencer needs to know." Gage looked at Sage as if she wasn't helping him.
"Then ask them at work." The way she looked at him, as if he was over obsessing again.
"OK." He'd drop it. He didn't mean to be so annoying. He went down the cement steps, and she followed. He put his arm around her soon enough. "I bet they're bored to death. You know, if I ever get this figured out with Noah, then..then we've got to fix Declan up with someone, you know." He sighed then.
"Maybe he doesn't need fixing. Just..just stop trying to fix everything. OK? We are doing well enough, as it is. You need to be studying." She looked at him as if they should have never left the basement.
"I know. Its just...I think Noah is all wrong for Spence. And I just don't know why." Gage looked a bit sad about it, but they walked home, cuddling close. Perhaps he was just procrastinating, but Gage had something else on his mind on the way home with Sage. She could definitely take his mind off Math. Thus, there was no time to think about Spencer now.

I think Gage just really likes to focus on others.
Gage is sweet to care..so much.
I do like Sage and Gage together. Maybe, its a good thing..they don't know what's going on with Declan and River.
