on a bandaid budget

Todd had to watch his mouth. Lux was watching everything he did, and when the people started coming, long before the wedding even started, Todd was in shock.

"Where did all these people come from?" He looked at Lucy, blankly as if he seriously was not ready for a crowd. It was suppose to be for friends and family. It looked as if the whole town showed up.

"Well, Sarah works at the school and Ezra works at a church." Lucy shrugged, but even she didn't know if they had room for all of them.

It was going to be standing room only.

He handed over Lux to Lucy. He tried to smile, and act relaxed. He turned to find Spencer off to the corner on the stage on the keyboard. Naturally, Spencer was dressed neatly in his tux. He started to play some soothing music which sounded a lot like the Smiths.

Todd smiled and shook his head, no. They'd best play some of Ezra's stuff which was much more soft piano. Todd was trying to keep himself calm, yet he wasn't so sure if his white shiny shoes really went with the baby blue suit. Why on earth would he wear this? He suddenly thought. He felt like a clown. Spencer would probably be better at this, than he was.

He watched more people pour in. He calmly closed his eyes. He could only hope Ezra was ready and so was Sarah. He saw her parents with the baby. That had to be a good sign.

The thing that troubled Todd the most was the fact they only had cake and a lot of nuts.
